STEP TWO – Begin to identify your core keywords to use in Step Three.

This is where you want to begin identifying your core keywords that pertain directly to your website’s theme/topic.

Your objective here is single-minded. And that is, to get inside the mind of your prospect and try to figure out what types of different keywords they are typing into the search engines.

If you wholeheartedly completed first five of the 10 Commandments to Successful Keyword Research, then this part should already be easy and you already know the kind of keywords your competition is using. So you should have a head start.

All the tools in Step 1 are unlimited use tools that do not use up any of your NicheBOT Premium Search Credits, but are value-added services reserved for active NicheBOT subscribers.

NicheBOT Step Two Tools

Any keyword research project must start out with you supplying a keyword that you think your web visitors are typing into the search engines. Once you type a few keywords in, you will begin uncovering what keywords people are searching for.

NicheBOT WordTracker Keywords Tool

Once you find interesting keyword phrases that related directly to your website’s topic or theme, you will save those to your Keyword Basket in the folder you created in Step One by clicking the “Add to Folder” button and choose the folder from the drop-down menu (shown below).

You can quickly dig into the top 50 keywords and click on related terms to see what other keywords may be uncovered.

After even 30 minutes of searching, you will begin to uncover the patterns of the top (hottest in demand), middle and bottom of the barrel keywords in your market.

Make sure to use the WordTracker Thesaurus to find the top related words related to your topic by typing one keyword only. Then use those keywords to find different variations of keywords that may have more search demand (traffic) than you thought and save those searches to your Keyword Basket for later use and analysis.

If you are simply having a hard time coming up with related keywords or words that mean the same to the topic or industry you are searching, then may we suggest that you jump ahead to Step 3 and begin with a 1-Click LSI keywords search.

That will uncover all the themes and related keywords that your site should focus on according to the Google keyword engine.

Once you feel you have bottomed out and found all the main core keywords you would like to dive into, move onto Step 3 and begin the deep-digging process.
